Delivery Robots in China

In recent months, there has been a noticeable increase in unemployment among delivery workers, taxi drivers, and couriers in China. These job losses are not limited to high-income individuals but also affect those who turned to these sectors after losing jobs elsewhere. The rapid increase in unemployment rates in China, coupled with the low barriers to entry in the delivery and ride-hailing sectors, has made these jobs a lifeline for many.
