Dess Wong is a passionate facilitator, trainer and creative storyteller who brings together the worlds of People-Development, Experiential Learning, and Digital Content. With more than a decade in Human Resources and nearly fifteen years in training, Dess has helped organisations, schools and communities unlock potential through immersive, hands-on experiences.
In the corporate and educational space, he leads programmes in team-building and bonding, corporate retreats, school camps, motivational sessions, study-skills workshops, creative-thinking and problem-solving labs, communications & leadership training, and stress-and-emotion management.
In parallel, Dess is certified in Feng Shui, Numerology and Reiki-healing, expanding his practice into the realms of energy-work and personal transformation. He also serves as Chief of the Singapore Paranormal Investigators (SPI), bringing curiosity and a sense of adventure into every dimension of his work.
